•  small capital limited companies with a capital of EUR 1 or less. A small-capital limited liability company with share capital between EUR 1-2799 can be registered without opening a bank account, but the main condition is that the founders are no more than 5 natural persons and that these natural persons also hold the position of member of the board of directors.
  

•  JSC (joint stock public limited company). A joint stock public limited company is an open company. and its shares can be put on public circulation, thus allowing anyone to invest and enabling the JSC to raise additional funds.  The minimum share capital is EUR 25 000. .
